1. Made-to-Order Prints

All prints are produced to order. As such, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun, except where the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Prints

If your print arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Not what you ordered

Please email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 14 days of confirmation and are made using the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order prints

• Gift cards

• Digital downloads
